2021 is time for changes, including for EAC declarations. The new order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia comes into force on January 1, this establishes the new procedure for EAC declarations. This new order only concerns Russia, while in all the other countries of the Customs Union, UEE (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan) the procedure does not change.
According to the new procedure, the declaration must be registered by the applicants themselves with the use of the digital signature. This procedure is to be carried out on all existing TR CUs, except for the following: TR CU 001/2011 'On the safety of railway rolling stock'
TR CU 002/2011 'On the safety of high-speed trains' TR CU 003/2011 'On the safety of rail transport infrastructures' TR CU 006/2011 'On the safety of pyrotechnic products' The update also requires the submission of the following documentation : Name and address of the manufacturer, with the product identification number (GTIN - Global Trade Item Number) Product information Customs number or other document issued to pass the product through customs
For the test, the contract with the accredited certification body or the laboratory that approves the number of samples to be tested will also be required.
