TR CU 032/2013 'On the safety of equipment operating under overpressure'
This technical regulation establishes uniform safety requirements in the customs territory of the Customs Union for equipment operating under overpressure, previously put into circulation and intended for use in the customs territory of the Customs Union (hereinafter referred to as equipment), which guarantee free circulation of equipment.
This technical regulation establishes safety requirements for equipment during development (design), production (manufacture), as well as requirements for equipment labeling in order to protect human life and health, property and prevent actions that mislead consumers.
The applicant can be a legal person or a natural person registered under the law of a Member State of the Customs Union on its territory, as an individual entrepreneur, a producer, or performing the functions of a foreign producer on the basis of an agreement. with him, in terms of guaranteeing the conformity of the products supplied to the requirements of this technical regulation and in terms of responsibility for the non-conformity of the products supplied with the requirements of this technical regulation of the Customs Union (person who performs the functions of a foreign manufacturer ).
Containers for liquids and gases with pressure higher than 0.05 MPa;
Boilers designed to obtain hot water, the temperature of which is above 110 degrees Celsius, or steam, the overpressure of which is above 0.05 MPa, as well as vessels with fire heating;
Pipes with maximum allowable working pressure greater than 0.05 MPa, nominal diameter greater than 25, designed for gases, vapors and liquids;
Items of equipment (assembly units) and components for it, designed to be placed on the equipment and withstand pressure;
Fittings for liquids and gases with a nominal diameter greater than 25 and maximum permissible operating pressure greater than 0.05 MPa;
Signaling and safety devices;
Pressure chambers (except single medical ones);
Safety devices and devices.
The validity period of the declaration of conformity for mass produced equipment does not exceed 5 years. For a lot of equipment (a single piece) the validity period of the declaration of conformity is not established.
The validity period of the certificate of conformity of the equipment is:
when using the scheme 1c, 3c and 4c - 5 years;
when using the 7c scheme - during the assigned service life or assigned resource.
