Who Needs?
It is required for producers of products in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as for the import (import) of goods and their further sale and circulation in the territory of the Russian Federation.

The manufacturer is obliged to keep all certificates and declarations and to present them or indicate the registration number and materials upon request during the inspection. The legal force of the GOST R declaration applies to the territory of the Russian Federation. Registration of the GOST declaration of conformity is carried out by a third party, in whose role it is an accredited body.
