The violation of the legislation on the guarantee of the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, manifested in violation of the sanitary and hygienic norms in force, the non-respect of the sanitary and anti-epidemic hygienic measures, involves the warning or the imposition of an administrative sanction :

For citizens - In the amount of 100 to 500 rubles
For officials - In the amount of 500 to 1,000 rubles
For persons engaged in business activities without forming legal entities - in the amount of 500 to 1,000 rubles or an administrative suspension of activities up to 90 days
For legal entities - For an amount of between 10,000 and 20,000 rubles or an administrative suspension of activities for up to 90 days.
